OB Account Instructions

How to use OB mode

  • Type /observer in the chat box to enter OB mode
  • You can exit OB mode by pressing E (or the key you set to exit the vehicle)

Operation OB mode

  • Zoom: Adjust your vehicle settings to have "Previous Weapon" be the lower mouse wheel and "Next Weapon" be the upper mouse wheel. With this set up, you will be able to use the mouse wheel to resize the view, which can be helpful for highlighting an area.
  • To speed up the OB perspective: hold down the right mouse button and scroll the mouse wheel. If the button settings are normal, holding down the right button + scrolling the wheel up will speed up your perspective, vice versa. This method can help you accelerate and decelerate smoothly.
  • Most of the time you will only need to make slight adjustments to the acceleration and deceleration, depending on what you are shooting.
  • Shift will greatly increase your speed, use it with caution indoors, you can easily get caught in the wall, and there is no step brother from Orasis to rescue you, so you can only redeploy.

Other Tips

  • Don't rush it, and always remember to slow down your movements for a more cinematic shot.
  • When you are inside a building, try going to the ceiling and looking down to get a better angle.
  • If you are trying to follow any type of vehicle, remember to frequently adjust the speed by holding right button + scrolling the mouse wheel.
  • If you're trying to find a better angle, remember to use your mouse wheel to adjust the view size.
  • Press Ctrl+F10 to hide your UI
  • Try to avoid moving the view when recording. If you must move, try to slow down the camera speed so that the picture is less likely to be blurred.
  • W, A, S, D, Ctrl and Space can all help you move, you don't have to move the mouse.
  • If you need to shoot in a closed space, please slow down the movement of your lens as much as possible. When you need to speed up, use shift to see if it is enough. If not, hold down the right button + scroll the mouse wheel to increase the basic speed.
